I was surprised to find no pats on the back for this post. Not that I mean to imply anyone had doubts if ya had it in you, but just general blogger cheerfest-ery.
I’ll skewer myself.
The first photo really appealed to me, not because of any great skill on the part of the apparatus operator, but because those eyes shone through ever so clearly that there is a rather intelligent entity under those long lashes. That’s probably the only thing I look for in children: whether or not the lights are on.
As for the second, are we seeing a gymnastic future? A gold medal wouldn’t look too shabby on the ol’ mantle.
